Nimmi is an educator, mentor, student, and advocate for educational equity. She is currently pursuing her Master's degree in Educational Leadership and Management from Kathmandu University and brings over five years of experience in diverse educational settings. Her journey has taken her from the remote schools of Sindhupalchok as a Teach For Nepal Fellow to leading pedagogical training as a former Content Lead at Teach For Nepal.

She holds a deep conviction in the limitless potential of every child. She believes that caring and compassionate teachers can profoundly impact the lives of children, communities, and nations. Her teaching philosophy is deeply rooted in experiential learning and value-based education. Nimmi is a seeker, constantly exploring new ways for integrated and progressive learning where every child is joyful and thriving. In her role as a Learning Leader, she mentors and nurtures teachers to lead effective and rigorous classrooms.
